All work is completed with the highest level of integrity and meets todays building codes and guidelines.
If for some reason we installed a product incorrectly, we will remove that product, purchase a new one, and reinstall it at no charge to the customer. If the incorrect install created other problems, we will correct those as well. From time to time manufactures do have faulty products which were unidentifiable when examined by one of our specialists, and if such a product was installed in a customers home and had to be replaced, we unfortunately cannot reinstall the product at no charge to the customer, although we will contact the manufacturer to do everything in our power to get the product replaced & installed at their cost.
